Happy Halloween

Hi! Remember me?!?! It's been too long :) I'm having computer issues and until I get a new one, I probably will not be regular with my posting. But, I'm going to try!

Hope you enjoy your Halloween! It's pretty cold here in New Jersey, so my little Green Lantern will be bundled up for sure when we go out trick or treating later!

I just adore the Everything's Owlright stamp set by Wilson Design Stamps!

Isn't the little washi tape stamp just SO cute :) The customer service was great too, shipped immediately and I had my new stamps within a couple of days!

Happy Birthday Dominick and Lindsey!

My niece and nephew both turn 4 this month. They are best little buddies and they attend pre-school together. They are too cute and I love them to pieces! They had a joint bowling party this past weekend with all their little friends. Of course, me being last minute as usual, I made their birthday cards an hour before we had to leave for the party. So I kept it simple and made them sort of matching.

More Cards from the One Little Spark Extravaganza

Here are two more cards from the One Little Spark extravaganza that I did with Pat at her shop that I haven't shared here yet.

This Amuse house is intended to be a holiday stamp, however, Pat had the cute idea to turn the little peppermint sticks next to the door into "lollipop bushes" using green Flower Soft. The color matched the Memory Box DP perfectly. 

Two more Amuse stamps here on this Clean and Simple 4th of July card. I just love mini square cards, something so cute about them!

Fun At One Little Spark

Here are two of the cards I made for the Extravaganza today at One Little Spark with my friend Pat. It was a rainy miserable day, perfect crafty weather, we had some laughs and at the end of 3 classes, the women left with 12 cards. So much fun!

Here Comes Peter Cottontail!

I made this little card over the weekend with my new Martha Stewart bunny punch. I had fun adding the little cotton tails! They make me smile :) I am definitely ready for Easter and Spring after the COLD blustery winter we had!

Growing In Unity ~ Day 4 and Hip Hop Sketch Challenge

Welcome back for day 4 of Growing In Unity! I made this card with these beautiful Making Memories papers and some Amuse woodgrain cardstock for the Unity Hip Hop Sketch Challenge HHSC34. The wreath is from the Unity July 2010 Kit of the Month, love this image, it can be used for Christmas, fall or any other time of year-so versatile!

Some Halloween Fun and Amuse Challenge

I broke out the Halloween goodies over the weekend and had some fun ! This little witch is one of those Studio G $1 sets from Michael's. I used Tim Holtz's Bingo embossing folder and one of the new Donna Salazar Smooch Spritz colors from Paper Wings. Many new colors in stock there!
I am entering this tag for the Simon Says Stamp challenge to make a "gift". This can be the tag for my gift OR a bookmark for all of you Halloween lovers out there!


These two tags are made with two Stampin Up Halloween sets I bought last year. All 3 tags are part of my workshop that I'll be doing next month at Paper Wings.


and this one is a Recollections set from Michael's. I love the images in this set, but like the Studio G $1 sets, they are cheap so they are not the best quality. To get a decent stamped image, I find I have to use Staz-on.

And this adorable stamp is by Impression Obsession. I stopped in to see my friends at One Little Spark on Saturday and couldn't resist the Laundry Night stamp~too cute!

Last, but not least, I made this card for the Amuse Challenge (AMC19), Stick to The Pattern. I've been wanting to do something like this since I saw this project on Ali Edward's blog. I still want to do a shadow box, but for now I just made a card.

A Muse Fun!

I got the Happy Everything clear stamp set last week at One Little Spark, and I have to say it is quite addictive! You can make quick, easy cards that are super cute! Next, I want to break out my heat gun and emboss the word HAPPY, I think that sentiment is perfect for embossing, don't ya think?!

Everything's Rosy

Have you seen the new Amuse release, Everything's Rosy?! This is the first stamp I bought from Pat at One Little Spark and I am just loving it. I can see myself using this one over and over!

I started out with some light blue Memento Dew Drop ink, then inked the center and the edges with some brown chalk ink to give the image two different colors. The sentiment is from a Memory Box clear set that I've had for awhile and just used for the first time! I am trying to make a better effort of using what I have!

The pretty patterned paper is from the Capella 6 x 6 paper pad, also from One Little Spark. I love these small paper pads for cardmaking, they are so much fun to work with.

The ribbon is one I had in my stash from Michael's and it happened to match pretty well with the inks I chose.
