Die Cut Divas

Come over and see me today at Die Cut Diva! I am sharing this layout using the Scallop Circle in kraft, love this die cut background, you can use it in so many fun ways! and Terry has EVERY color you could imagine! I stamped the background with Gurnsey Gingaham by Ippity (which was an afterthought which is why it's so messy!)
I used a variety of Unity stamps on this layout as well, the bunny up in the left hand corner is from the January 2010 Kit of the Month and the egg in the lower right hand corner is from the February 2009 Kit of the Month. The Memories journaling stamp is from the January 2011 Kit of the Month.
The flowers and birds are cut from My Little Shoebox Home Tweet Home, in stock at Paper Wings right now! The striped paper behind the Scallop Circle is also MLS Home Tweet Home!

Welcome to this week's Ippity hop! I used the chandelier from my Regal Greetings set today to make this card along with an EK Success border punch and photo corner punch.
It was also my first time trying out my new bow maker tool that I ordered from Really Reasonable Ribbon. Pretty fun tool, I just need some practice with it!
Next stop on the hop today  is Susan with two gorgeous cards! or stop back at the Ippity blog for a full list!
Have a great week!

Friends With Flair Meets Hippity Hop Twist Challenge

I made this card using the sketch from the new Hippity Hop Twist Challenge (IHHTC1). Although it's an Ippity challenge, I only used the one small stamp from Ippity, the sentiment from How You Doin'?
The other stamps are one of the fabulous new co-brands, Bella Blvd. Bella Doilies. And don't forget Unity is still offering FREE SHIPPING!
If you're not a kit club member, you don't know what you're missing, check out the deets HERE!
Next stop on the hop today is Martha, and I'm sure she has something fantastic in store for you.

Oh, and did you see that itty bitty's are now available for purchase on the Unity website?!?! Loving this!

Cupcakes!

Here's my card for today's H{ippity} Hop! This card started out completely different in my mind, but it was just not turning out the way I pictured it initially so I just went with it. The cupcakes are cut from my new EK Success punch that I just picked up in Michael's, I think it's so adorable! I meant to put some bling on each of the cherries but just realized as I'm typing this that I forgot them-oops! I distressed the edges of the Coredinations cardstock with my Close To My Heart distressing tool to give it some texture. The burlap ribbon is also from Michael's. The birthday wishes stamp is from the Just Wanted To Say set by Ippity.
Check the ippity blog for the rest of the hop participants today! and if you haven't already, leave a comment HERE for a chance to win Where You Should Be.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Weight Watchers, Tell Your Story & Ippity Sale!

Yesterday was my first Weight Watchers weigh in since starting the program last Monday. I am happy to say I lost 3.8 pounds, but for some reason I am feeling SO unmotivated this week. Weird, since I was SUPER motivated last week and did okay at weigh-in. I think I just feel discouraged because I have a long road ahead of me, I would like to lose at least 40 pounds and that is so much compared to 3.8 lbs. However unmotivated I feel right now I am going to keep chugging along! I have to for the good of my health! LOL!
If I was brave I would post a "before" picture, but I don't want to scare away any readers that happen to stop by!!!!

I did my first two bonus pages for the Tell Your Story art journal class I am taking with Elsie and Rachel. Waiting patiently for the class to officially start! There is lots of great inspiration in the Red Velvet Art Flickr Group, check it out HERE!

Last to share today is a sale I am having on my {ippity} blog. Each set is $2.00 off AND free shipping! How can you beat that?!?! I am making room for the new release coming up on May 13th! Just email me noraanne@verizon.net and I will send you a PayPal invoice with the correct price reflecting the sale! Sale runs until the end of April!
CHECK OUT AVAILABLE {ippity} sets HERE!

Have a happy week!

Happy H{ippity} Hop!

I am just loving all of the fun images that the {ippity} designers have come up with! Here are two cards I made using two of the new Winter release sets.
The first card used Webster's Pages 6 x 6 pad and my favorite sentiment stamp from Where You Should Be.

This next card is made with Basic Grey Nook & Pantry along with Sweet Thoughts of Spring, another of the new Winter release sets.

Thanks for stopping by. Be sure to visit the {ippity} blog to check out the rest of the hop participants!!!

Happy Monday!

My First {ippity} Hop and a New Job

So, for a long time I have visited and enjoyed all of the blogs that participate in the Unity Blog Hop. Although I have TONS of Unity Stamps, I've never participated myself. I decided to join in to the {ippity} hop since I am now officially an {ippity} chick! (I just love that name :)
The challenge this week was to use buttons on your card. I made a very simple card since I'm a little crazy this week. I am starting back to work in the Health Benefits field after a 7 month break. During the "break" my sister and I bought the Scrapbook Cafe, our local scrapbook store that was about to close, so I have been really busy with that. But since I was offered a job with a pension and benefits in the same career field I was previously in, I couldn't turn it down. My sister is going to pick up the slack at the shop and I will be there as much as I can.
I am trying to stay positive about this new chapter in my life, but I have to say I am not overly excited about it. Considering, the economy I have to realize I am so lucky to have this opportunity so I am keeping my chin up!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the {ippity} hop and thanks for stopping by!

Supplies used: Ippity Straight From the Heart stamp set, Memory Box papers, Memento ink, Prima and Making Memories flowers, MME button.

This is (was) my Craft Room.

When I took these pictures last year, they were meant to be "before" photos. My plan was to do some super-organizing and then decorate and make it cute & crafty looking. Well, so much for plans! Today you can barely walk in the loft. The trouble began around the time Colleen & I took over the Scrapbook Cafe. I slowly began bringing things from home to the shop and it got to be WAY too much! So I brought some stuff back home and never put it back in it's place. Then, everytime I needed something for a project, I would make a bigger mess. Now it's OUT OF CONTROL! so then I decided to clean out the attic, and that made the mess EVEN BIGGER!
So I was looking on Flickr tonight and came across some craft room photos that got me thinking about my HUGE MESS. Maybe someday soon (probably not) I can post some "after" photos that will inspire! LOL! I am not being pessimistic in saying probably not, I just know that I will not be able to make the time for AWHILE! But it's on the "to do" list somewhere!
This is what I dream of it looking like some day! Any one of these will do! (photos snagged from www.scrapbook.com)

So now that you've seen my mess, I will share two cards I made using my new {ippity} stamps and new Memory Box paper I picked up at One Little Spark, SO pretty!

Have a great weekend xx

Unity Obsession Taken A Step Further

Some of you may know that I've been obsessed with Unity Stamps for some time now! So when I saw the announcement about {ippity} my wheels started turning!

I have been doing craft fairs in my "spare time" and since I am already involved with that, I thought adding {ippity} to my craft table would be FUN!
As with everything else in my life, I decided on the spur of the moment to become an {ippity chick}! I've been bored lately with the crafts I've been doing for the fairs and the idea of being part of this was beyond exciting to me! Why not put my beads aside and take my love of scrapbooking and papercrafting to my craft fair friends! So that is how {ippity} became a part of my life and I am looking forward to sharing it with all of you!

Visit my {ippity} blog to check out the product and visit again soon for some layouts and projects using {ippity} products!!!
